My Home "Office"

I don't know why this room is called "the office" It's actually more of a craft room, since it's where I keep all my fabric, paints, paper, crafting supplies etc.
It doesn't even have a desk. What kind of office doesn't have a desk? Mine:) I really should find myself one. A white one of course! A glossy white one - like the Parson's Desk from West Elm. I usually end up sitting on the floor, making a mess around me with whatever project I've got on the go.
Whatever the room is, I kinda like it. It has more color packed into it than the rest of the house combined. And it has a comfy couch to lay on when you are procrastinating or searching for inspiration!
What do you think?

It really needs a desk, doesn't it? Id love to hear your suggestions! It can be too big since the room is not very large.

You should look into PB's Bedford collection. You can make it as large or small as you want. Plus it's all separate pieces, so one day if you move you can reconfigure it and not be stuck with something that doesn't work. I think it would look great in white in your office - nice and light!

This rooms is absolutely adorable. Love your colorful collection of pillows. A white glossy desk would be perfect. I love the one from zgallerie. Lots of personality but not too pricey

I LOVE all your pillows. They are so darling! Maybe you could use a lucite desk, so it doesn't seem too heavy.

The parsons desk I have is from Walmart, only fifty bucks, and it comes in white. For the price, I have been very happy with mine and it is very sturdy and even comes with a little drawer.

Love all of the color in those pillows, they all work so well together.

I think you have a perfect spot for a little desk. I just ordered a small dining room table from Walmart, because I don't need to drawers that a normal desk has. I just need the space for crafts and such.

A little desk would be perfect! depending on the width of the room you could use a console table if it's deep enough, to save some space compared to a full desk. By the way - I l-o-v-e that blue lamp. It looks fantastic!

What a great little "inspiration nook"! I love how you've decorated it - so fun. I would definitely need a desk though! The Parsons style would be a great fit. Maybe you could even make your own!
