Things are busy here these days, as I have a fun project in the works with some incredibly talented ladies. That's all I can say for now but I really hope to share it with you soon because it is pretty awesome :)
I love love love the fresh feel of white bedding. But what do you do when I have an adorable little black furred Boston terrier named Beaufort who loves to snuggle up under the covers? He is usually completely underneath then realizes he can't breathe and comes out gasping for air.
It's really too cute but it may be time for some darker bedding!
And that's exactly why I don't have white bedding even though I would love it!
ReplyDeleteI love our crisp white bedding but my cat has a tendency to cough up furballs on it when we're gone so it's less than pristine. So sad because it's so lovely. I've moved on to a pale blue with pattern.

ReplyDeleteOur dogs love to snuggle up in the bed too! Thankfully they don't shed (for the most part). Such a cute pic of your little guy!
ReplyDeleteThat really is adorable...I have the same issue with my white bedding, except that instead of a terrier, it's two small children, which are in fact, dirtier than small animals (c: I really wish I had thought of that *before* I fell in love with white bedding!!!
ReplyDeleteHah! I have a 1/2 Yorkshire terrier + 1/2 Poodle = Yorkie Poo, who does the same thing! Although he will sleep under the blankets all night! When someone comes to the door, all of the sudden we hear barking come from under the blankets and it always cracks us up!

Adorable! We have a black dog too (lab/mystery mix) but don't let him on the bed. Our cream colored couch however looks a little worse for the wear!
ReplyDeleteMy black lab Zoey does the same thing, getting under the covers and she gets to hot and comes out panting. I also have light blue bedding but year she sheds allot.
ReplyDeleteHe is so cute I can't even handle it. This is the same dog I want (i think) when we take the plunge to get a dog. If/when you have time, would you reply and tell me about his personality? ugh...he's SO CUTE!

ReplyDeleteI cracked up when I read the part about your dog snuggling inside your bedsheet and coming out gasping for air...super adorable! I love white bedding too and just picked up the Manhattan duvet set at 50% from the Bay. It looks similar to Pottery Barn's Grand Embroidered collection but at a fraction of the price. :-)
