Dreamy Closets

All women dream of having a sensational closet. You convince yourself that if you had a closet with lots of storage and tons of style, that somehow laundry would be more fun, clothes would get put away and somehow your wardrobe would seem more appealing.
Maybe this is true, but most of us (unfortunately) will never know the likes of a closet like Mariah Carey's.

Or Carrie and Big's..

Some of my favorite real-life closets are from my favorite bloggers. Maybe it's because I live in a home with teeny tiny closets, but I am in love with these spaces. Let's take a peek!

I know that Megan from Honey We're Home's closet has made the rounds of the blogosphere. But, I got to thinking.. I was the first one to post Megan's closet! Way back in the day before there was even anything it in!
Remember this post? That was back when we were both newbies at blogging!

This was way back then:

This is her closet now. I shed a little tear of jealousy when I see it...

And how about Kate's from Centsational Girl? The wall stencilling is so pretty and the colors are so characteristic of her style.

Jen's from Made by Girl is simple yet glam. Check out those handbags!

Nicole's from Making it Lovely is a freestanding wardrobe from IKEA and it's so organized! I've been back time and time again to look at this one.

Aren't they all so great?
Someday maybe I'll have one too:)
Do you have a great closet to share?

  6. My house is rife with itty bitty closets, so I'm just happy when a shirt hanger fits on the rod with the closet door shut.

Have you seen this dreamy gem?: http://moth-design.blogspot.com/2011/01/around-house.html

I don't even have that much clothing... I just love the decadence of organizing and displaying anything in a pretty, efficient way. Sigh.
